Abstract: Magnetic bias happens in maintenance and welding of the long-distance pipelines in service, seriously affecting welding process execution and welding quality. The port magnetic hysteresis buffer for long-distance pipelines has been developed for settlement of those problems. As compared to the existing degaussing products, this product is light in weight, low in energy consumption, advanced in control mode, reliable in operational mode, rapid for degaussing and good at degaussing. Field application indicates that this product is in stable operation with good degaussing effects.

 

摘要: 针对长输在役管道带磁, 在维抢修焊接中产生磁偏吹, 严重影响焊接工艺实施和焊接质量的问题, 研制 了长输管道端口磁滞缓冲器。该产品通过利用励磁线圈克服管道焊接部位铁磁性材料剩磁的矫顽力, 使管道焊接部位 的磁性达到内磁平衡状态, 在焊接过程中使磁偏吹的影响降到最低, 满足焊接工艺要求, 确保焊接质量。产品较现有 消磁产品具有重量轻、能耗低、控制方式先进、运行可靠、消磁迅速、消磁效果好等优点, 经现场应用, 证实运行稳 定, 消磁效果好。
